Shauna F. Boscaccy

Vice President

Shauna provides advocacy and government relations services to a wide range of clients with various interests. Prior to joining GSL, she worked at a Harrisburg-based government affairs firm, where she supported every client by advising on policy matters, developing and overseeing legislative strategy, and building relationships for clients both inside and outside the Capitol.

Shauna draws from her both her public and private sector experience to successfully navigate complex political and policy issues for her clients. Prior to her role in government relations, she served as the Policy Director for a gubernatorial campaign, where she worked closely with the candidate to shape and communicate policy positions, goals and objectives for a future administration. Shauna began her career in state government working for the Republican Caucus of the House of Representatives where she served as Legal Counsel to the Insurance and Judiciary Committees and as Executive Director for the Liquor Control Committee. In those roles, Shauna served as a resource of information for members, advising on legislative agendas and proposals and executing legislative efforts.
