Drawing on more than a decade of experience in government relations and public affairs, she leverages deep relationships across government to advance client priorities and achieve meaningful results. She advises clients in sectors that span health care, technology, economic development and nonprofit organizations, helping them successfully engage with government, shape policy outcomes and pursue strategic growth opportunities.
Before joining GSL, Adrienne served as Executive Deputy Secretary of Legislative Affairs in the administration of Governor Josh Shapiro, where she played a key role in advancing the Governor’s legislative agenda and managing relationships with the Pennsylvania General Assembly. She helped secure passage of landmark initiatives, including record investments in public education, expansion of the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program and historic funding for economic development and job creation efforts across the Commonwealth.
Adrienne’s extensive government relations experience also includes serving as Deputy Director of Government Affairs for the Office of Attorney General Josh Shapiro, Government Relations Associate for the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania, and Director of Grants and Funds Development for the YWCA Greater Harrisburg. Throughout her career, she has built strong, trusted relationships with legislators, executive branch officials, agency leaders and stakeholders across Pennsylvania. These connections enable her to effectively advocate for GSL clients and navigate complex policy environments.
