Andrew J. Reilly

Andy has decades of legal, civic and business leadership experience in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is particularly skilled in helping public and private sector clients connect with officials in state and local government and navigate the complexities of government procedure and regulatory frameworks.

Andy is an experienced litigator and also assists clients with real estate and business transactions. He has represented municipal entities, municipal authorities, businesses and individuals. He was appointed to the Federal Magistrate Selection Panel in 2005, as a member of a Hearing Panel for the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board and was appointed by U.S. Senator David McCormick as Chairman of the Commission to review and recommend candidates for U.S Attorney and U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Stephen J. McEwen, Jr., former President Judge of the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

Prominent in Pennsylvania’s government affairs community, Andy has served in pivotal roles for the Republican Party in Delaware County and Pennsylvania. He is currently the Republican National Committeeman for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Southeast Caucus Chair for the Republican Party of Pennsylvania. He previously served as Secretary of the State Republican Party. Andy was also a member of Pennsylvania’s Electoral College in the 2016 and 2024 presidential elections and a delegate to the Republican National Convention in 2016, 2020 and 2024. In Delaware County, he was elected to serve two terms as a Delaware County Councilman from 2000 to 2008. During his tenure, Andy led regional revitalization efforts that resulted in major redevelopment projects along the Delaware River, including Harrah’s Casino and Racetrack and Subaru Park Soccer stadium, and the preservation of hundreds of acres of open space across Delaware County. In 2012, he was appointed by Gov. Tom Corbett to serve a five-year term as a Commissioner of the Delaware River Port Authority.

With significant ties to Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware County’s business and nonprofit communities, Andy has served on the boards of numerous educational, medical and charitable organizations, and also has served on the boards of zoning, economic development and public finance organizations. He is a founding board member and pro bono solicitor for the Pennsylvania Veterans Museum.
