Crystal helps clients plan and facilitate event productions in collaboration with a range of state, county and city policies, communities and stakeholders in the Pittsburgh area. Prior to joining GSL, she was a Senior Project Manager for the Pittsburgh Steelers, building partnerships between regional government and the NFL to coordinate the preparation and execution of the 2026 NFL Draft in Pittsburgh. Before that role, she was Senior Manager of Executive Operations and Special Projects with the Pittsburgh Penguins where she helped to coordinate logistics for a range of high-profile events and projects.
