Olivia has more than a decade of experience helping clients strategically campaign and connect their goals with Pennsylvania’s federal, state and local legislative, administrative and regulatory processes. She brings a nuanced understanding to building bipartisan coalition and issue advocacy initiatives that shape and drive successful public affairs efforts for clients across a range of industry and business landscapes. She has specialized experience in health care, labor, energy, economic development and nonprofit sectors.

During her tenure in public service, Olivia served as a Legislative Fellow in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and worked closely with the Chairmen of the House Consumer Affairs and Local Government Committees. She began her career as a legislative staffer in both the U.S. and Pennsylvania House of Representatives, assisting with projects in commercial law, technology and U.S. trade policy affecting the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).
