Ashley E. Boop Named Among City & State PA’s “40 in Their Forties”

HARRISBURG, PA, September 29, 2025 – Ashley E. Boop, Senior Consultant with GSL Public Strategies Group, has been recognized by City & State PA as among its 2025 honorees for the “40 in Their Forties” listing.  

Honorees are distinguished for their professional accomplishments, innovation and leadership across Pennsylvania. City & State PA has recognized Ms. Boop for her skills in communications, grant writing and economic development, with “particular expertise in facilitating state grants for capital developments.”

Within GSL Public Strategies Group, Ms. Boop works closely with the GSL Government Consulting Team, which focuses on developing and implementing uniquely tailored solutions to complex operational, regulatory and funding issues related to state and local government, and the GSL Touring Team, which offers full-service solutions for planning, financing, routing and executing successful concert tours. She specializes in communications, grant writing and assisting GSL teams with economic development initiatives. As a member of the firm’s live events client service delivery team, she works with industry business managers, tour accountants and individual artists’ touring companies.

Ms. Boop is a member of the Republican State Committee, the executive director of the Building a Stronger Pennsylvania PAC, social media and communications director for various political campaigns, campaign coordinator and political director for a Pennsylvania state senate member, county coordinator for a U.S. senate candidate, and a former campaign advisor to statewide attorney general candidate
