Debra L. Failor Named Among City & State PA’s “Fifty Over 50”

HARRISBURG, PA, Oct. 31, 2025 – Debra L. Failor, Compliance Officer at GSL Public Strategies Group, has been recognized by City & State PA as among its 2025 honorees for the “Fifty Over 50” listing.  

Honorees are distinguished in their careers for their dedication to improving the political, entrepreneurial and social landscapes of Pennsylvania. City & State PA has recognized Ms. Failor for her skills that “ensure a smooth operations of governmental and community programs across the commonwealth” and for providing GSL clients with critical compliance insights on Pennsylvania’s lobbying disclosure laws.

Ms. Failor has significant experience supporting the administrative, operational and regulatory needs of various governmental and community programs in Pennsylvania. Prior to joining GSL, she served as a Director in the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. She has also held key specialist and administrative positions in the Office of Governor Tom Wolf, the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.

In her current capacity, Ms. Failor manages all aspects of compliance for GSL relating to the PA Lobbying Disclosure Act. She serves as the liaison between GSL and their clients regarding all matters relating to compliance.

Ms. Failor also plays an integral role on GSL Touring, the live events client service delivery team, as it relates to the Entertainment Economic Enhancement Program. More broadly, she helps to manage the administrative and operational needs for GSL.
