Gregory was the Secretary of the Budget in Governor Tom Wolf’s Cabinet and had previously served the Pennsylvania Office of the Budget as Special Advisor to the Budget Secretary since December 2016. He brings more than a decade of strategic advisory experience to client engagements, having worked closely with legislative and gubernatorial leadership in Pennsylvania.
Gregory has also held positions as Deputy General Counsel in the Governor’s Office of General Counsel and was Senior Transition Advisor to Governor Tom Wolf’s Transition Team. Within the Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Caucus and under the Chairmanship of Senator Vincent Hughes, Gregory had also served as Deputy Chief Counsel. Earlier in his career, he was the Assistant Director of Government Relations for the Pennsylvania State Education Association.
In November of 2023, Governor Shapiro appointed Gregory to be Chairman of the Pennsylvania State Employees Retirement System. Gregory is a PSIA level III ski instructor.
